Savage Color


This is the colored version of an earlier post. I'm still getting used to digital coloring, and I know everyone on here is a master of it so please, comment and recommend. I'm open to any techniques or tricks you might have.

    Hi Matthew,

    Overall, the colors are great, but the scene looks too evenly lit. I think that you need to establish a light source and work on shadow development.

    Also, you might want to perfect your gradient technique either using the gradient tool or a Wacom tablet with dynamic brush, or both.
