This is my submission for Beyond the Sea. I didn't want to do an obvious Bobby Darrin image, so I tried to stay in a noir type feel. The background is just blah. Tried a salt wash but didnt wait long enough for it to dry. Let me know what you guys think
I really like the mood of it. Very noire? I think I'm using that right. Good job.
ReplyDeleteI agree, noire indeed. The only thing I would change is to make the background a bit darker than the edge of the pool table. Or just be a gradient from dark on top maybe?
